Please note that all ticket sales are final. No refund or exchange will be given to regular tickets.
The Grand Theatre sells tickets to many different performances – including shows in Grand OnStage, rental shows at the Grand Theatre, and performances taking place offsite at other theatres and venues.
The Grand Theatre is committed to honouring its performance schedule. All performances proceed as scheduled despite weather conditions and traffic delays. If travelling to the theatre in inclement weather, please allow plenty of extra time and check for delays and updates from local media outlets. The Grand Theatre regrets that tickets not used due to inclement weather, traffic delays or transit issues cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Tickets sold through the Grand Theatre box office can be purchased a few different ways:
- In person at the Grand Theatre Box office, 218 Princess St., Monday through Saturday 12:00 p.m. to 6 p.m. (hours may be reduced in the summer months) and two hours prior to all performances including those on Sundays and holidays.

- Online, right here on our website.
If you purchase your tickets online you will have the option to print your tickets at home or pick them up from the Box office.
PLEASE NOTE: The seating in the Grand Theatre balcony has limited legroom given the historical design of the building and patrons are encouraged to purchase seats in the orchestra if this may be an issue.
