City of Kingston By-law No. 4758 provides for the establishment of the Grand Theatre as a community centre to be operated as a civic theatre and community auditorium. Although By-law No. 4758 does not specifically authorize the collection of personal information, the collection of personal information from e-newsletter subscribers is necessary to the proper administration of the Grand Theatre’s e-newsletter and is therefore permitted under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Personal information collected during newsletter subscription will be used to send you a copy of the Grand Theatre’s e-newsletter by email. Find our more at our Privacy Policy page.
