We regret to inform you that The Grand Shanghai Circus has cancelled its Ontario tour, including the Kingston Grand performance scheduled for Friday, Jan. 30 at 7:30 p.m., due to unexpected work and travel visa complications.
We understand how disappointing this is and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

For PCI compliance, Kingston Grand Theatre and our ticketing platform TixHub do not store credit card information. As a result, we cannot automatically process refunds, and VISA/Mastercard Debit cards cannot be refunded by phone at this time.
