From composer Stephen Schwartz (Wicked and Godspell) comes the tongue-in-cheek, anachronistic fairy tale of a young prince who longs to discover true happiness and fulfillment. This production is sponsored by the Kingston Arts Council and the City of Kingston Arts Fund as a mentorship project for youth. The production team of Pippin is comprised of theatre professionals working alongside Blue Canoes youth in a mentorship role. The cast, band and production assistants are all youth between the ages of 13-30, the Director, Music Director, Designers and Production Manager are working theatre professionals.
