Beethoven: Violin Concerto
Vast, sweeping, significant works dominate this concert lineup. We have Beethoven’s only violin concerto, a colossus of the repertoire and one of the world’s most beloved pieces along with the last symphony written by Schumann, his third which is also known as the 'Rhenish'.
*Schumann's Symphony No. 3 will replace Ryan Trew's Symphony No. 1, which was originally on the program for this concert. The premiere of Mr. Trew's work will take place at a concert in one of our upcoming seasons, date to be confirmed.
