‘Rajaton is one of the top a capella ensembles in the world. They are incredible singing pop, Swedish folk song, their amazing ABBA, Beatles and Queen repertoire, or detailed classical and serious contemporary music. The only reason we are able to bring them to Kingston is that they are doing their ABBA show at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa on June 7, 8 and 9, and we are piggy backing the Kingston visit onto that trip from Finland.
Rajaton is doing a close harmony/choral workshop with 300 Kingston and region choral musicians for the day, and that massed choir will peform three selections WITH Rajaton at the beginning of the concert, including mega hit 'Butterfly.'
This event will be a total happening for anyone who loves fun and beauty. Catch them while you can!
