On July 6th we are attempting to break the Guinness Book of World Records for the longest film shot with a single camera!  There will be a red carpet gala and movie screening of 21 Brothers, an independent, locally made feature film.

21 Brothers
tells the story of the Canadians 21st Battalion, as they prepare for the battle of Courcelette in WWI. Taking place in real time, the film follows Sgt. Reid as he gets his men ready for the impending battle and the dangers they face both inside the trench and over the bank. Shooting this film in a single take presented many challenges for the cast and crew but, in the end, the pressure of a single take added to the anxiety and realism of life in the trenches in WWI, says producer/cinematographer Clint Tippin.

This Formal screening event will be held at the Grand Theatre in true Hollywood style, with red carpet, search lights, dignitaries (civilian and military), and the talented cast and crew of 21 Brothers.
