An Evening of Cabaret

Join us for an evening of live Indigenous music, storytelling, spoken word, and performance as part of the 2026 Art of Visiting: National Indigenous Presenters Gathering.

An Evening of Cabaret is a celebration of Indigenous artists, performers, and storytelling, bringing together a dynamic lineup of voices and creative practices. Those in the audience can expect an engaging and welcoming event that moves between music, stories, spoken word, and live performances with opportunities to experience the talent and creativity of Indigenous artists from across Turtle Island.

This annual Cabaret is a chance to gather outside of the formal conversations and presentations of the Gathering, to enjoy live performance, connect with others and celebrate Indigenous arts and culture together. The lineup changes each year, making every Cabaret a unique experience!

The 2026 lineup features Jaeli Bruno, David Maracle, Christine Friday, Tasheena Sarazin, Mary Catagas, Philip Geller, and more.
