Talkback: Ballet BC

Immediately following the show, the audience will be invited to stay in their seats for a TalkBack with Artistic Director and Choreographer, Emily Molnar;  Rehearsal Director, Sylvain Senez; and Dancers Peter Smida and Makaila Wallace.

This lively post-show discussion is moderated by Melissa Mahady Wilton, a lifelong dancer formally trained in classical ballet, ballroom, Latin, wheelchair dance, flamenco, Spanish classical, tap, jazz, and various ethnic dance styles. Drawing upon her clinical and dance training, she was inspired to found ConCorpsDance Inclusive Dance Programs, a Kingston organization devoted to dance programming for people of all abilities. She also directs the Young Dancers Program at the Kingston School of Dance, where she also teaches ballet, Latin Jazz, Afro Cuban, and Zumba® dance fitness.
