Laurence Lemieux, Co-Artistic Director and Co-Founder of Coleman Lemieux & Compagnie, will lead interactive, intensive sessions that explore the creative process underlying the development and production of choreography, with the goal of providing mentorship to local dance artists. PART I:
Laurence will introduce participants to her choreographic style and present her approach to the creative process. Participants will become familiar with her movement style, and will explore exercises aimed at expanding their understanding of choreographic elements, as well as their repertoire of movement, creative techniques, and tools.

PLEASE NOTE:
• Workshops are restricted to dancers aged 16+ years ONLY
• Participants should be senior students, pre-professional or professional dancers or performing artists.
• Space is limited to 20 participants.


ADMISSION:
This event is FREE to the public. However, registration is required to attend, as space is limited.
