About The Perfect Wedding
A comedy/farce by Ron Hawdon.
On his wedding day, the prospective groom awakens in his hotel room to find an attractive, naked girl in bed with him. Through the fog of the previous night's stag, he can't remember meeting her before. The bride arrives to dress for the wedding and in the ensuing panic, the girl is hidden in the bathroom. The best man is persuaded to "claim" her as one of his "best man duties" but he gets confused and gets the chamber maid involved. Then the mother of the bride arrives along with the best man's girlfriend and...the crisis escalates!

The Barra MacNeils
A Celtic Christmas!

About The Barra MacNeils
The Barra MacNeils — A Celtic Christmas is a musical potpourri of traditional MacNeil family favourites gleaned from Christmas ceilidhs, midnight masses and the general festive frolic that accompanies each holiday season. With their captivating vocals, distinctive harmonies and extraordinary musicianship, they inject new life and energy into the sights and sounds of Christmas, prompting the Halifax Daily News to call them "a treasure of the East Coast, rich with tradition and unmatched in ensemble performance"; and the Globe & Mail to call the recording on which this tour is based "one of the best five Christmas albums of all time!"
The six MacNeil siblings — Lucy, Ryan, Boyd, Stewart, Kyle and Sheumas combine on a vast array of instruments that include: accordian, guitar, piano, fiddle, bodhran, mandolin, banjo, Celtic harp, tin whistles, bouzouki, flute, uilleann pipes... all underpinned by the nimble fingered Jamie Gatti on bass. The result is a sound that is unmistakably The Barra MacNeils; one moment a rousing chorus, then a hauntingly beautiful Gaelic ballad, the next a flurry of foot-stomping instrumentals, which of course pulls one then another into a step-dancing revelry. For a delightful seasonal celebration, don't miss A Celtic Christmas with the Barra MacNeils!

About The Abrams Brothers
As more and more Disney fledglings and aspiring pop princesses dominate the emerging young artist scene, the focal point in music shifts farther and farther away from the actual music: we see glitter and glamour replace originality and creativity, we see terms like "musicianship" and "virtuoso" become obsolete and we see the profession of performer transform into a mere placeholder for celebrity.
However, with the release of Blue on Brown, The Abrams Brothers — John, 18, James, 15, and cousin Elijah, 18 — will bring the focus back to the music and represent young musicians as they should be: as artists. And what better way to do so than with a tribute album to the folk legends who epitomize the artistry of musical performers?
"I was standing backstage one night somewhere in Canada preparing for a show — I heard some people playing — the harmonies caught me first — then the instrumentals kicked in — at some point I realized they were singing MY stuff — that NEVER happens — they were young — way too young to be playing this good." — Arlo Guthrie
