About Classics 101

The Kingston Symphony presents classical music's greatest hits. These are some of the most beautiful and popular pieces ever written. If there were juke boxes or iPods in the 18th century, this music would be on them: Vivaldi's Four Seasons, Handel's Water Music, Pachelbel's Canon, Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 and many more. This is music you love!

We close our season with a Sunday afternoon at the opera. Your favourite arias and choruses from operas by composers such as Puccini, Verdi, and Bizet will be performed by four of Canada's leading singers. This is sure to be a sell-out!

After the concert, celebrate the end of an incredible concert season with us at a gala reception and dinner. Meet the performers, enjoy a gourmet dinner and toast the occasion with a glass of fine wine. Call the Kingston Symphony Association at 613-546-9729 for more information about this event.
