Guy Gavriel Kay has become a world-renowned star of speculative fiction in the tradition of Tolkien. Author of 10 novels with over 2 million copies in print, Kay brings his 2010 release, Under Heaven, inspired by the glory of Tang Dynasty China. In conversation with De Quincey biographer Rob Morrison, he’ll explore the possibilities of parallel worlds in writing what Kay prefers to call “history with a twist.”
