As the mist rolls in off the Atlantic, the lighthouse at the tip of the bay warning seafarers of the dangers that lurk below, in the distance laughter and music can be heard... The experience known as The Irish Descendants has begun.
Seldom does a band as well-known back home as The Irish Descendants stray far from Newfoundland's shores during the week leading up to St. Patrick's Day. In 2010, consider yourselves lucky because these four men, led by baritone Con O'Brien, are heading through Ontario for a string of seven shows, drawing you to Newfoundland through song, laughter and frivolity. A night sure to tug at the heartstrings of expat and wannabe Newfoundlanders everywhere... It's time to GO GREEN!!!
