About White Waves on the Water
Bob Chilcott, conductor-in-residence
Sparkling melodies and shimmering harmonies... world-renowned British composer, conductor and founding member of The King's Singers, Bob Chilcott returns by popular demand as conductor-in-residence in a vibrant concert of classical and contemporary works. The evening will feature two world premieres: "This Day", a musical portrait of sunset on a northern lake by Ontario composer Leonard Enns, and a work by Bob Chilcott commissioned by Cantabile especially for this occasion.
All choirs except the Children's and Training Choirs perform.
