Naomi Duguid is renowned for cookbooks that are part travelogue, part anthropological study, part culinary instruction. Now this world traveller, photographer, and writer brings Burma: Rivers of Flavor, celebrating the food of a rich and exotic culture. Duguid lives partly in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand, where she runs Immersethrough, a combination tour, intensive cooking school, and eating experience.
